Fixings :
  • 4 substantial chime peppers cored and seeded 
  • 3 lbs ground meat 50/50 hamburger and pork, or 100% meat, or 100% chicken or turkey 
  • 1 substantial onion diced

  • ½ container rice pre-absorbed warm water for around 30 minutes (substitute for quinoa for a without gluten adaptation - requires around 15 minute dousing) 
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt in addition to additional to taste 
  • 1 tsp naturally ground dark pepper 
  • Crisp dill parsley and green onions of embellishment 
  • 2 glasses meat juices 


Guidelines :
  1. Douse rice or quinoa in warm water. Rice will require around 30 minutes. Longer isn't an issue. Quinoa requires less splashing time, around 15 minutes. 
  2. While rice or quinoa is splashing, set up the entirety of your vegetables.
