Fixings :

  • 1 ounce dried ancho or other vast dried red chiles 
  • 1/2 glass bubbling water 
  • 1 glass new white breadcrumbs 
  • 1/3 glass milk 
  • 1 pound ground hamburger 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 cloves garlic, squashed 
  • 1/2 glass cilantro leaves, finely cleaved 
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds 
  • Ocean salt and split dark pepper 
  • 1/4 glass additional virgin olive oil 
  • 1 yellow onion, finely slashed 
  • 2 cloves garlic, squashed 
  • 2 tablespoons tomato glue 
  • 1 tablespoon darker sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar 
  • 1/2 glass meat stock 
  • 2 (14-ounce) jars slashed tomatoes 
  • 2 (14-ounce) jars dark beans, depleted and washed 
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 
  • 2 (3 1/2-ounce) dried chorizos, skin expelled and generally hacked 
  • Steamed rice and sharp cream, to serve 




Instructions :

  1. Preheat stove to 400°F. Spot the ancho chiles and bubbling water in a bowl and permit to represent 10– 15 minutes or until delicate. Channel and generally slash the chiles, holding the fluid. Put aside. 
  2. Spot the breadcrumbs and milk in an extensive bowl and blend well to join. Put aside for 5 minutes or until the milk is assimilated.
