Fixings
- Steak filling
- 600g Quality Imprint stewing steak or sauce meat, cut into nibble measured pieces
- Ocean salt and newly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- Additional virgin olive oil, for broiling
- 1 onion, finely hacked
- 4 cloves garlic, finely hacked
- 2 tablespoons tomato glue
- 500ml hamburger stock (I favor the stock in pockets from the meat/ice chest segment of the grocery store)
- 250g catch mushrooms, hacked
- 2 teaspoons dark colored sugar
- 1 ½ containers ground carrot
- 1 celery stick, including leaves
- 2 tablespoon slashed crisp thyme
- 1 cove leaf
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- To collect
- Cut cheddar
- 1-2 sheets solidified flaky puff baked good
- 1 egg, softly beaten with ¼ glass milk
Technique
- Preheat broiler to 150C.
- Season the hamburger and shake in a pack with the flour to coat. Warmth 1 tablespoon of olive oil over a high warmth in an extensive profound ovenproof container. Darker the hamburger in bunches, exchange to a plate and put aside. You may need to include somewhat more oil for each group. Include another tablespoon of olive oil to the dish over medium warmth and include the onion and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes to mellow.
