You'll Need:

  1. 8 oz chicken bosom, cut into around 1/4-inch cuts

Hunan Sauce (yields 2/3 glass): 
  1. 1/4 glass chicken stock 
  2. 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  3. 2 tablespoons clam sauce 
  4. 3 tablespoons packaged Stew Bean Sauce or Zesty Douban Jiang or Hot Matured Soybean Sauce (for instance: Lee Kum Kee brand) 
  5. 2 1/2 tablespoons ketchup 
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Chinese rice vinegar or apple juice vinegar 
  7. 1/2 tablespoons sugar 
  8. 3 dashes white pepper 
  9. 1 teaspoon corn starch

How to Make:

  1. Marinate the chicken with every one of the fixings in the Marinade and put aside for 10 minutes. 
  2. Blend all the Hunan Sauce fixings. Put aside.
