You’ll Need:
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Genuine salt and newly ground dark pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted margarine
2 pounds infant red potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 glass newly ground Parmesan
2 tablespoons cleaved new parsley leaves
How to Make:
- Season chicken with basil, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Soften margarine in a huge skillet over medium high warmth. Include chicken, skin-side down, and singe the two sides until brilliant dark colored, around 2-3 minutes for every side; deplete overabundance fat and put chicken aside.
- Place potatoes into a 6-qt moderate cooker. Mix in olive oil, garlic and thyme; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add chicken to the moderate cooker in an even layer.
- Cover and cook on low warmth for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is totally cooked through, achieving an interior temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Serve quickly, sprinkled with Parmesan and decorated with parsley, whenever wanted.
