You’ll Need:

2 tablespoons olive oil 

2 pounds stewing meat shapes 

salt and pepper for flavoring the meat 

1 substantial onion, diced 

4 cloves garlic, minced 

1 substantial carrot, diced 

2 mugs slashed new mushrooms 

1/2 mugs red wine (substitute hamburger soup and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, whenever wanted) 

1 teaspoon dried thyme 

1 teaspoon dried basil 

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 

7 glasses canned pulverized tomatoes (or utilize canned pureed tomatoes) 

shaved parmesan cheddar and crisp herbs for serving, whenever wanted (discretionary) 


How to Make:


  1. Warmth an expansive skillet (I favor cast iron) over medium-high warmth. Include the oil. 
  2. Season the meat solid shapes with salt and pepper on all sides and spot in the skillet to dark colored. Be mindful so as not to stuff the hamburger, or it will steam and not dark colored.
