1 glass unsalted chicken stock, (240ml)
1/4 glass whiskey bourbon, (60ml)
1/4 glass soy sauce , (60ml)
1/4 glass unadulterated maple syrup, (60ml)
2 tablespoons tomato glue, (30ml)
2 teaspoons apple juice vinegar, (10ml)
1/4 teaspoon dark pepper
1/8 teaspoon red bean stew pieces
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 glass water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, (15ml)
1 teaspoon sesame oil, (5ml)
1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken bosoms, (681g) cut into 1-inch tosses
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons cut green onions

How to Make:
- Whisk together chicken stock, whiskey bourbon, soy sauce, maple syrup, tomato glue, apple juice vinegar, dark pepper, and bean stew pieces in a medium bowl.
- Whisk together cornstarch and water in a little bowl.
- Warmth a wok or expansive saute container over medium-high warmth. When hot include vegetable oil and sesame oil.
- Include chicken and spread into one layer. Enable chicken to cook for 2 minutes without moving.
- Pan fried food chicken until never again pink, 1 minute.
- Include garlic and ginger, pan sear for 30 seconds.
- Include whiskey sauce blend. Stew for 2 minutes, blending every so often to help a portion of the liquor dissipate.
- Mix cornstarch slurry and after that add to the dish. Blend whiskey chicken until sauce has thickened, 60 to 90 seconds.
- Serve whiskey chicken decorated with sesame seeds and green onions.
