You’ll Need:

Citrus Glaze- 

1 teaspoon rice vinegar, Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 

1 glass squeezed orange 

1/4 teaspoon soy sauce 

1 cut crisp ginger, 1/4-inch thick 

1 tablespoon unsalted margarine 

Cucumber Salad- 

2 mugs cucumber, , 1/8-inch thick strips 

1 glass red chime pepper, , 1/8-inch thick strips 

1 glass carrots, , 1/8-inch thick strips 

1 substantial fuji apple, , 1/8-inch thick strips 

2 tablespoons rice vinegar, Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 

1 tablespoon squeezed orange 

1 teaspoon nectar 

1/4 teaspoon minced ginger 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

1/8 teaspoon sesame oil 

Salmon- 

24 ounces salmon filet, (cut into 4, 6-ounce pieces) 

fit salt, (for flavoring) 

dark pepper, (for flavoring) 

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How to Make:

Citrus Glaze- 

Join rice vinegar, squeezed orange, soy sauce and ginger cut in a little pot.
